Spotlight on SCORE® Counselors
Thirty Connecticut shoreline residents volunteer their time to help small businesses get started, solve problems, or expand their operations. Counselors work in teams and draw on their general experience in sales, marketing, technology, management, finance, and other areas. Many have volunteered as SCORE® counselors for several years and have learned what makes a small business succeed. Others have owned and operated small businesses such as restaurants, retail stores, product design firms, etc. They have relationships with banks, chambers of commerce, and other small business resources for entrepreneurs. All services are free.
Below are brief backgrounds of the local counselors in the Southeastern CT Chapter including the branches in Madison, Mystic, and New London [Gales Ferry].
