	William Abene (Guilford)
	Joe Beerbower (Madison) Read his full bio here! With Merrill Lynch for 37 years in a various positions including institutional department manager, fixed income marketing manager, and financial advisor for high net worth clients. He recently retired as a First Vice President of the Private Client Group.
	Pierre Boulanger (Essex) Banker with expertise in corporate and commercial credit.
	Andrew Brooks (Guilford) A high tech entrepreneur, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Princeton University and has held leadership roles in engineering, sales engineering, sales, marketing and business development. He co-founded a digital engagement consultancy and a company developing small and medium business software.
	Tom Burland (Madison) Read his full bio here! A sales and marketing professional with over 28 years experience in direct sales, sales management and organizational development. Since retiring in 2006 a second career in residential real estate has expanded experience into business to consumer marketing and in particular internet marketing. Currently enrolled in UCONN's MBA program.
	Michael Del Vecchio (Killingworth) Mike is actively engaged in community services while also tutoring high school students in physics and mathematics and is a member of the Board of Directors at the Women and Families Center in Meriden where he also serves on the Audit Committee and Events and Marketing with prior experience as a member of the Board of Directors for the Norwich Mission House (in Haiti). He is experienced in project management consulting and business process services for the insurance industry encompassing property casualty, life, and multiline insurance companies including the business.
	Michael Fanelli (Lyme) A geophysicist with extensive experience in the management and finances of the petroleum industry and facilities and also with petroleum exploration.
	James Fayal (Stonington) James is an independent consultant to privately held and publicly traded companies structuring and implementing corporate growth programs that include acquisitions, partial equity investments and product distribution partnerships. He has worked on transactions in the Americas, Europe and Asia. He is experienced in market and competitor analysis, financial analysis, company valuation, diligence, transaction structuring and negotiations. He is a mechanical engineer with several patents and business start-up experience.
	Richard Feil (Old Saybrook) Career Telecommunications Sector Consultant in computer systems and design controlling project timelines as well as supporting business process and software requirements reviews with experience in Microsoft Office Tools, such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Active in the local Knights of Columbus Council and Special Olympics events.

Experienced manager in manufacturing, distribution and retail firms sales, marketing, customer service, operations, inventory management and purchasing having worked his way from stock clerk to National Sales Manager high performance automotive parts company. Responsibilities included customer service, warranty and repair operations, managing third party Internet sales and cross-functional teams. Extensive experience with non-profit agencies at both the volunteer and board of directors level, as a civic and community volunteer as well as a municipal office holder.

Craig has an unusual insight into international trade with early experience in selling domestic mill's fabrics and importing fabrics mainly from Japan. He then started his own company expanding import products to include those from ten other countries including fabric and ready-made garments sold to wholesalers in the United States learning much about how to deal with all the too frequent odd ways that other countries wanted to deal with Americans.

Currently consulting in the area of energy services.
	Everett Gottschall (Middletown) Read his full bio here! Financial consultant with extensive experience in medical and dental practices as well as corporate strategic planning and business plans.

	Drew Grigg (Madison) Drew has served as the legal officer with the seventh largest home-builder in America and is now a partner in a major law firm as a trial and litigation attorney as well as being a business counselor addressing business, marketing, scientific, and legal issues.

Also experienced in working with non-profit organizations.
	Jerry Litner (East Haddam) Jerry is experienced in the electrical industry, management, marketing and manufacturing mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, and start-ups.

	Neil Mackillop (Stonington) Neil was a doctor in clinical practice in the UK, Australia, and Canada with 20 year’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He was involved with international drug development, especially clinical trials, but also marketing. Neil is on the Faculty for a Healthcare MBA at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia and he is Chair of the Stonington Town's Clean Energy City.
	Karen McLaughlin (Groton) Karen is an accountant with background in residential property management, non-profit organizations, large organization concentrating in water quality as well as smaller grass roots organizations supporting various causes, and small businesses including nurseries and landscaping, a manufacturers’ representative organization, home based sales companies. and others.
