If you are new to Score®, review the information about Counseling, so you are more aware of what it entails. When you feel prepared, find a convenient counseling location and time, and set up your face-to-face counseling session.

Other methods for setting up a counseling session:
First option:
1. Download and complete our Request for Counseling Form, then mail, fax or email it to us. [Mail To: SCORE® Southeastern CT, PO Box 283, Old Saybrook, CT 06475; Fax to: 860-388-9508; Email to: score579@hotmail.com]
(If you choose email, you will have to sign the form at your counseling session)
Second option:
